Welcome to CryptoCharged, published by CryptoCharged, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites (including cryptocharged.com, cryptocharged-app-web.vercel.app, dashboard.cryptocharged.com, and any successor domains), membership products, research desk content, tools, forums, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Cookie Policy, do not use the Services.

We may amend these Terms or modify the Services. Material changes will be posted on the Services and/or emailed to the address associated with your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

1. Educational / informational use only — no investment advice

Use of the Services and all indicators, strategies, commentaries, articles, charts, alerts, plans, and other features (“Content”) is for informational and educational purposes only, at your own risk.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter, and we do not serve as a consultant or personalized financial advisor. We assume no fiduciary obligations to you.

Content does not constitute a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any cryptocurrency, security, or other financial instrument. Nothing on the Services is personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. You should obtain advice from your own professional advisors and make independent decisions.

You alone are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any information before acting. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Cryptocurrency investing involves risk of loss of principal.

Employees or Content providers may hold positions in assets discussed. Content may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Content or third-party market data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Membership, trial, billing, and cancellation

Path A Full membership (current soft-launch)

Unless we state otherwise at checkout, Full membership stickers are $99/month, $297/quarter, or $999/year.

Trial (OPT-OUT)

Where a trial is offered, the current Path A model is a 14-day trial with a payment method required upfront. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription auto-converts to a paid plan and you will be charged. Cancel before day 14 to stop conversion; access continues through the trial period. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or “join for free / cancel anytime with no card” framing for paid Path A.

Auto-renewal

After any trial or initial paid period, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the then-current rate for your selected term until you cancel through the cancellation process in your account or by contacting support@cryptocharged.com (we will confirm cancellation in writing when processed).

Cancel before renewal (and before trial day 14 for trials) via account controls or support; keep cancellation instructions accessible in-product.

Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: no refunds once charged, except where required by law.
• Annual subscriptions: 100% refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of the initial subscription or a subsequent renewal, except where a different checkout disclosure expressly applies.
• Trial: if you cancel before conversion, you are not charged the paid subscription fee for that conversion.

CryptoCharged Ladder / tools

Where Full membership includes CryptoCharged Ladder, it is included in the $99 Full membership — not a separate upcharge. CryptoCharged Ladder is a user-authored planning tool. It does not tell you what to buy and is not tip theater. Discord join or free drip access does not equal tool activation.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or transfer the Services; scrape or redistribute Content without written consent; spam; harass; post unlawful content; collect personal data of others in violation of the Privacy Policy; attempt unauthorized access; or use the Services to solicit purchases/sales of investments except as we expressly permit for our own Services.

6. Intellectual property

Content and materials are protected by IP laws. Personal, non-commercial informational use only unless we grant written permission. No derivative works based on Content without consent.

7. User Content

If you submit content, you grant CryptoCharged a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy. You represent you have rights to submit it.

8. Third-party services

The Services may embed or link to third parties (including market-data widgets such as TradingView, video embeds such as YouTube, payment processors, CRM/email tools, and analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or trading venues.

9. SMS / mobile (if you opt in)

If you opt in to SMS or voice, message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help; contact support@cryptocharged.com. We will not send mobile marketing without a documented opt-in.

10. Disclaimer; limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOCHARGED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services and, where applicable, cancel per these Terms.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify CryptoCharged and its affiliates against claims arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription as provided in billing/cancellation. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms users or the Services.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except where prohibited by law.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms plus posted operating rules are the entire agreement regarding the Services. Claims must be filed within one (1) year after arising, where permitted by law. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign freely.
