Ondo Finance Finalizes Oasis Pro Acquisition to Advance U.S. Tokenized Securities

Ondo Finance has completed its acquisition of Oasis Pro, a regulated digital asset broker-dealer, alternative trading system (ATS), and SEC-registered transfer agent. With this move, Ondo gains key regulatory licenses enabling it to operate compliant tokenized securities markets in the U.S., bridging blockchain infrastructure with traditional capital markets.

Oasis Pro’s capabilities include issuance, transfer, and secondary trading of tokenized real-world assets. Through this deal, Ondo secures the regulatory foundation to build a fully integrated, on-chain securities ecosystem—covering token issuance, custody, trading, and settlement. Ondo, which already manages over $1.6 billion in tokenized assets, now plans to scale offerings to U.S. investors without needing off-shore wrappers.

CEO Nathan Allman described the acquisition as delivering “the most comprehensive suite of licenses and infrastructure necessary to develop regulated tokenized securities markets in the U.S.” With this regulatory stack in hand, Ondo is positioned to accelerate the rollout of real-world asset tokenization to mainstream investors and institutions.
