IBM Launches “Digital Asset Haven” Platform Targeting Governments and TradFi

Published

IBM launches “Digital Asset Haven” for governments & TradFi—custody, payments and on-chain yield in one regulated platform.

IBM is making a major push into crypto infrastructure with the upcoming launch of its platform called Digital Asset Haven, slated for rollout in Q4 2025. Built for institutions, governments, and mainstream finance, the platform offers custody, payments, compliance, and access to on-chain yield across more than 40 public blockchain networks. Key features include unified governance tools, identity/AML integration, and infrastructure hardened to meet traditional financial services standards. The move signals that digital assets are shifting from fringe innovation toward being foundational rails in regulated institutional markets. For crypto investors, it underscores growing confidence that tokenization and DeFi yield products are becoming part of mainstream finance’s toolkit.
