Arizona Real Estate Firm Caliber Adds LINK Token to Treasury, Stock Soars 60%

Caliber taps LINK token as treasury asset—builds governance framework, taps staking, and sparks 60% stock surge.
Caliber (NASDAQ: CWD), a Scottsdale-based real estate asset manager, has unveiled a bold move: its board approved a Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) Strategy and a corresponding Digital Asset Treasury Policy. Under this plan, Caliber will allocate part of its treasury to acquiring LINK tokens, the native cryptocurrency of the Chainlink oracle network—aiming for long-term appreciation and yield via staking.
To guide this venture, Caliber has established a Crypto Advisory Board (CCAB) comprised of digital asset and blockchain experts. The company also formalized governance by approving a detailed DAT Policy covering areas like acquisition, custody, internal controls, and oversight.
Caliber intends to fund the LINK acquisition through its existing Equity Line of Credit (ELOC), cash reserves, and equity-based securities. The firm believes this strategy not only strengthens its balance sheet but also differentiates it from peers by blending real estate with digital infrastructure exposure.
Chainlink’s established partnerships with institutions like Mastercard, DTCC, and SWIFT reinforce its appeal as a high-quality, liquid asset. Caliber expects the move to attract new investor interest and drive long-term growth and profitability.
